MENTAL HEALTH

MATTERS.

Immigrants in America are more likely to experience adversity and commit suicide, but they are less likely to seek treatment. This is because they perceive mental health as less of a priority and going to therapy is considered a cultural taboo. This is why we want to encourage them to be more open to conversations about mental health and support each other. Because With all the battles They’ve won, the greatest villain shouldn’t be their mind.
